“I grew up in a place called Youngstown, Ohio. If you’ve ever heard of it you'd know it’s not much there and definitely not too many coming out.
Though my hometown is far from luxurious, it did have some gems. Park programs, community centers, outreach programs, ministries and so many more. Because of the special moments these environments provided I got the opportunity to be "free."
Free from my home problems, my life problems, even my regular day to day. These programs provided a space to learn, love, grow, and most importantly laugh. Having that feeling then helps me know now, that I not only want to create, but be apart of an organization whose main focus is to help you become a better YOU.
